The inaugural TradesFutures National Apprenticeship Readiness Forum was held June 16–17, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center. The event brought together leaders from across the apprenticeship ecosystem for a first-of-its-kind national conference focused on fostering connection, learning, and strategic dialogue to expand access to high-quality registered apprenticeships and union construction careers while strengthening Apprenticeship Readiness Programs (ARPs) nationwide.
Designed to balance national perspectives with practical, program-level learning, the Forum featured plenary sessions, facilitated breakout discussions, peer learning opportunities, and dedicated networking opportunities that encouraged collaboration and the exchange of best practices among ARP leaders, industry partners, unions, and workforce development professionals.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of the inaugural Forum. We look forward to building on this momentum and sharing information about the 2027 National Apprenticeship Readiness Forum in the coming months.
